Who am I? Who is in? Everything I says “I am”, all the opposite I am not. We are much more then we think, and yet at the same time we are “Nothing”. Don’t follow the games of the mind, better to be the watcher of it’s play. ~ Gurly Chr. H. Hafsmoe
I mirror you and you mirror me, we are each others reflections through life ~ Gurly Chr. H. Hafsmoe

“Always remember, whatsoever I say to you, you can take it in two ways. You can simply take it on my authority, ‘Because I say so, it must be true’ — then you will suffer, then you will not grow. Whatsoever I say, listen to it, try to understand it, implement it in your life, see how it works, and then come to your own conclusions. They may be the same, they may not be. They can never be exactly the same because you have a different personality, a unique being. Whatsoever I am saying is my own. It is bound to be in deep ways rooted in me. You may come to similar conclusions, but they cannot be exactly the same. So my conclusions should not be made your conclusions. You should try to understand me, you should try to learn, but you should not collect knowledge from me, you should not collect conclusions from me. Then your mind-body will grow.”
An authentically religious man is an individual. He is alone, and in his aloneness there is great beauty, great splendor. I teach you that aloneness. I teach you the beauty, and the grandeur, and the fragrance of aloneness. In your aloneness you will reach to the heights of Everest. In your aloneness you will be able to touch the farthest star. In your aloneness you will blossom to your total potential. Never become a believer, never become a follower, never become a part of any organization, never become a part of any religion, never become a part of any nation. Remain authentically true to yourself.”
Don’t betray yourself.
Osho on fighting.
One moment it was there,
another moment it is gone.
One moment we are here,
and another moment we have gone.
And for this simple moment,
how much fuss we make!
How much violence, ambition,
struggle, conflict, anger, hatred,
just for this small moment!
Just waiting for the train in a waiting room on a station, and creating so much fuss: fighting, hurting each other, trying to possess, trying to boss, trying to dominate – all that politics.
And then the train comes and
you are gone forever.
Osho Take it Easy, Volume 1 Chapter 13
A child is like a tree.
Parents can help them grow
by preparing the soil
and nurturing them with love.
The trees go on growing
without anybody teaching them
how to grow.
The animals, the birds,
the whole existence,
needs no programming.
According to me,
the function of the parents
is not how to help the children grow —
they will grow without you.
Your function is to support, to nourish,
to help what is already growing.
Don’t give directions and don’t give ideals.
Don’t tell them what is right
and what is wrong:
let them find it by their own experience.
Only one thing you can do,
and that is share your own life.
Tell them that you have been conditioned
by your parents,
that you have lived within certain limits,
according to certain ideals,
and because of these limits and ideals
you have missed life completely,
and you don’t want to destroy
your children’s life.
You want them to be totally free —
free of you, because to them
you represent the whole past.
It needs guts and it needs immense love
in a father, in a mother,
to tell the children,
“You need to be free of us. Don’t obey us —
depend on your own intelligence.
